Jack the Ripper (2006) #31DaysofSpookyBooks

It’s weird to say that I have a favorite crime case. The Ripper case is STILL fascinating people and still holds its place as one of the most brutal mysteries of our time. True crime also holds place as a popular genre for a lot of you, so it wouldn’t be fair to not include it! Let’s face it, most things our reality are scarier than what we read in fiction. This book on the case is simply stated, includes photographs, and speculates on the weaponry (aka casting its own theory into the hat, like so many others). You could also pick up a study of your favorite case and get the creeps that way but to me, Jack will always be an OG baddie (from across the pond, no less.) [26/31].
