A Season With the Witch (2016) #31DaysofSpookyBooks

If it seems like there’s a lot of witchy shit on the countdown, that’s because there is. And nothing shrieks witchy quite like Salem, MA, especially during Halloween. This is another nonfiction pick that was written by one of the spookiest guys out there. Basically, he records his time in Witch City during Halloween while also giving history anecdotes. It’s the cheapest alternative to actually travelling to the bustling little city. Inside you’ll find first hand accounts of the attractions, historical areas, and people that inhabit the possibly weirdest place in the world- and it’s pure delight. Be sure to keep an eye out for Ocker’s other work. He’s one of us. (12/31).
